Line a medium baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper; set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the cumin, ginger, garlic powder, salt, pepper and oil until well blended.
Add chickpeas to the bowl and toss to coat.
Heat a large skillet on med-high heat for 30 seconds.
Add the chickpeas to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn heat down to med-low and stir in Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cinnamon Spread and chickpea liquid.
Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and pour onto prepared pan. Allow to cool
