Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine butter and sugar in bowl. Add egg yolks and vanilla extract. Beat well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
With mixer on low, gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture until completely combined. Dough will be crumbly.
Shape dough into balls. Roll in pecans. Place on cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
With thumb, dent each cookie and place in oven. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until cookies begin to brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
Spoon Cinnamon Toast Crunch Spread into thumbprint of each cookie and serve.
